瞧瞧我做的东坡肉[6p]
[align=center]我做的这款东坡肉是跟杭州的一个行政主厨学的,应该算得上正宗吧,先介绍材料:料酒、老抽、小香葱、生姜、白糖。

1。先把小葱按照砂锅的大小切成合适的段。

2、用淘米水清洗干净的五花肉,也可以在开水里汆烫一下。切成你自己喜欢的方块,肉皮朝上一块块整齐地码放在小葱上。

3。依次放入姜片、老抽、料酒、白糖。
重点:不要放盐,因为放老抽已经够咸的了主要靠它上色,料酒要放一整瓶不能放一滴水,放水会影响口感,如果肉比较多可以再加料酒。

4。大火烧开转小火炖煮一个半小时左右。
