打造照片的飘渺梦幻效果[9P]

1大开原图按 Ctrl + J复制一层，然后选择 滤镜 > 模煳 > 高斯模煳 数值为5,把图片混合模式改为：变亮如图

2.然后按 Ctrl + M 调节曲线如图
