让人垂涎的贵州特色小吃

[align=center][size=4][color=#dc143c]　　地处西南云贵高原上的贵/州，山川秀丽，气候宜人。在漫长的岁月里，生活在这片土地上的各族人民根据自然环境、物产资源及风土人情，创造出独具特色的美味佳肴。

　　素以辣香而着称的贵....州小吃，具有鲜明的地方特色。如享有盛名的肠旺面、丝娃娃、雷家豆腐圆子、恋爱豆腐果、遵义羊肉粉、花溪牛肉粉等，风味特别、价廉物美、令人垂涎。它们的味型(或蘸*水)在运用各种干鲜辣椒这一调味原料上十分考究，通过不同的加工方法炒制、腌制、烤制、舂制出了糍粑辣椒、糟辣椒、煳辣椒、油辣椒、酸辣椒等。调制出的各种小吃的汤味和蘸水，有香辣、干辣、煳辣、糟辣、麻辣、蒜辣……可谓是“一辣一格，辣出百味，辣出风格，辣出品位。”还有用本地的荞麦面、蕨巴、黑糯米、玉米等为原料，精工细作制出的荞面刺猬包、荞蕨象生梨、毕节汤圆等，不仅用料精湛，制法独特，吃法多样，更是注重色、香、味、形、营养等方面的配合。
